These are sent by signed courier and will not be left in a safe place. No signature no delivery. So please make sure when you order that there will be someone at home when it is being delivered. If these are returned to me due to no one being available to sign/collect, you will be refunded less the postage costs. If they have been personalised I will deduct a further £10 to cover costs.
